Caliphate and barbarism: the final struggle?

As we do regularly with texts which we do not necessarily claim neither the totality of contents, nor the militant dynamics or the programmatic body of their authors (whether they are collectives or individuals), we reproduce (for the moment only in French) on our blog the new article of Tristan Leoni on the Islamic State and the Syrian-Iraqi conflict, originally published on the blog DDT21 Douter de tout… | Douter de tout… pour tenir l’essentiel [DDT21 Doubting about everything… | Doubting about everything… to hold the essentials].

Report of a meeting organized by internationalist comrades from Kurdistan

LAST UPDATE: Jan 9 2017
"We are a group of comrades from different parts of Kurdistan, who define themselves as internationalists. Most of us were persecuted as deserters and/or subversives, many of us have been imprisoned. All but two of us who came directly from Kurdistan for the present meeting, live in exile in Europe. We have met in the struggle against capital and today we are a handful of internationalists who continue to struggle."

A Letter to ‘Rojavist’ Friends

This letter is not addressed to those militants who surf the net from one movement or struggle to the next, according to the direction of the media, with the goal of constructing a party or an organisation. It is addressed to you, friends and comrades of different cities, with whom we often share positions, and whose critical sense and reflexion we appreciate, but nevertheless with whom we are sometime in disagreement.

The Chameleons of Rojava

Text about PKK/PYD's politics by Ben Davies. It has since been pointed out that Davies holds extremely dubious pro-Islamist politics; as such, we reproduce this text for reference and for the more enlightening discussion below the article itself.

Social war and imperialist spider’s web in Syria (2011-2015) by Proletarios Internacionalistas

"Guerra social y telaraña imperialista en Siria (2011-2015)"
Here is a very fast draft translation of a chapter from a brochure published in Spanish about the struggles in Syria.

Our perspective and tasks on the Rojava Revolution

A statement from Black Rose Anarchist Federation / Federación Anarquista Rosa Negra on the Rojava Revolution, its complexities, the international left's reception of it, and the organization's goals for a relationship to it.

David Graeber's Homage to Rojava

The imperialists and the ever-faithful Western “Lefts”, led by chronic NATO-cheerleading “Academic Anarchist” David Graeber and the effervescent celebrity-left cling-on Charles Davis, are attempting to appropriate the Syrian Kurds and engineer a situation in Syria very similar to events that occurred during the Spanish Civil War – both from the perceived propaganda angle with regard to the “Lefts”, and the concrete with regard to the imperialists.
