fair enough. doesn't have to have a point.

but you do need some analysis

in my opinion, what this poll conclusively shows is that:

many people who are in paid full time employment with internet access are very bored and successfully avoiding work at every opportunity by going on enrager. this is a shocking statistic and can only be encouraged.

many people in paid part time employment find it really hard to sneak upstairs and play with the computer when they're cleaning someones house or burning burgers for a living.

people who are voluntarily unemployed are probably asleep or full time professional unpaid activists with trust funds.

people who are involuntarily unemployed are way to busy being new dealed and attending job clubs (not unlike that in league of gentlemen), getting sneered at by other people and generally mooching around being an underclass.

students are genetic mutants, a mysterious blend of machine and wo(man)

hence the high post rate, only separated by alcohol.

unpaid homeworkers think its dangerous to stare at computer screens while the baby eats pins.

retired people are lovely but they are too busy working out how to survive on 50p a week and a complimentry can of beans at christmas. rich retired people are too busy worrying about investment and how whether to sack the maid or not cause shes been sleeping with the gardener but shes so good with little Yappie shit (the tempremental yorkie dog with bad bowels).

and thats it really.

disclaimer: nothing in the above is meant to be taken seriously or involve politics on any but the most trite level for which i am deservedly famous.

wink

I'm not sure which one I am - I'm involuntarily unemployed, but I also sleep a lot.

That may change soon though, as the Job Centre have found me a job doing admin for the "Security Services". I have a telephone vetting interview tomorrow eek

get on speed, like in train spotting, then they can't do you for not trying.

I voted for voluntarily unemployed, but it's a weird one... if there were jobs available to me that involved less cleaning toilets with my tongue and more creativity I'd want to be employed.
