lucy82, afaik about half the chilli's still in the Nursery's freezer if u want some... or i can send u the recipe (very simple really, just soaking the beans overnight that's a bit hassle)...

6 hours on and off, on a roof playing a tin whistle and some drums. classic. so good infact that the DiY Orchestra will be playing about again tonight at 7 at the social centre.
Thought it was a really good night, started off a bit slow, but turned into a really wicked night.
the G. gardening the next day was planned out so hopefully that should be starting off as a regular thing.
I finally left about 7 on Saturday night, just as people were starting to move about again ready to go gatecrash that big 24hr party over the road

(if J or any of the nursery social centre "residents" is reading this, it would be a massive help if someone could buy about half a kilo each of red kidney beans and black beans (that chinese supermarket in selly oak sells the latter, afaik) and put them in a big bowl of water to soak overnight on thursday night...)
i can probably only cook enough to feed maybe 8-10 ppl, so if anyone else also wants to cook (maybe something a bit less fiery, cos i know not everyone likes the full "fire pon babylon" experience on their palate) then that's also very welcome...
