Anarchism and health

Can anyone recommend any material about an anarchist approaches to health care? I am aware of the Health Workers Union in the Spanish Civil War (although any references would be good). Thanks

Sorry I do not have any sources on them but what about the independently run health care systems, localised ones, run during the early 20th century in the UK, i've heard some went on into the early 1990s.

You could look up community owned health cooperatives that exist in soem places as an alternative to both private and government healthcare. I don't know where though.
