How do i syndicate enrager or possibly indymedia to the wma site? I have no idea what an RRS feed (or something) is. So coudl anyone help me out?

1. you need an rss aggregator for your sitem, heres one:
http://pear.php.net/package-info.php?pacid=22
2. Then you install that shit, basicly just upload the script and then take the bit of code which is in the test file in that package and put it on your page, then change that code to reflect the url of the feed you want to syndicate...
For example: http://www.libcom.org/newswire/backend/weblog.rss

You need ftp access to the site, then you use an ftp client (like cuteFTP or WS_FTP) to upload it.

OK, don't think you can get around that. There's plenty of hosting for a couple of quid a month though if you want more flexibility.
