You know....workers who aren't necessarily scabs, but are opposed to unions, etc. and follow the corporate line?
In England at least we have the word "jobsworth" which comes in handy
I know a guy who once called a cop during a traffic check "rent boy of capital" ... he got away with it
I've always like "Company man". I know the old-timey IWW used to use "scissor-bills".
I think we have "jobsworth" in the States as well.
Incidentally, I've just looked it up and it seems like most definitions of the term refer to someone who is unhelpful towards customers/managers and not in the sense of someone who follows all the rules in a way which is counter-productive to the interests of his/her fellow workers:

I would call them "the person who finds out about the union drive the same time as the boss. . . "
