I've tried splitting it using that website, but the file exceeds the limit. I've also tried http://www.sciweavers.org/free-online-pdf-split, but it doesn't work either for some reason.

Oooh, wanted to read this for ages. I'll have a crack at splitting it into more Libcom friendly chunks once it has downloaded.

Oh and I used PDF Shuffler to split the original file. It's a Linux app but there is a cross platform app that's similar called PDF Sam(PDF Split and Merge) which is free. http://www.pdfsam.org/
