Oh, and btw, spoiler alert: The answer is no; it can't survive going on the way it is now.
Thank you!
Great! Although it might be worth clarifying all the way too and including the = sign.

Thanks Chilli and your welcome Ramona.
Whenever posters are not properly putting up YouTube videos but just providing links, I guess we can just bump this thread and give them a notice. I just noticed as of late that a lot of posters had no clue how to do it.
really we should have a button, but i don't know how to make one
Does the method above make a link to the "privacy-enhanced" / no-cookie video (i.e." iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube-nocookie.com/embed/_uuYjUxf6Uk" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen>
")
...cos embedded videos bring up most the same privacy issues that facebook widgets do, especially since google munged all of their services into a single profile. (I assume drupal has a video embed button that fixes that. Somewhere.)
Great work. Is embedding an HTML code on a post possible?
I would also add that if you're curious about the formatting of any particular post, quoting it will reveal the markup, which might serve as a guide.
You should turn this guide into a YouTube video-- AND EMBED IT.
Doh! Grrrr!
First, you have a random youtube link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_uuYjUxf6Uk
Second, you cut it all the way to and including the equal (=) sign so you have this: _uuYjUxf6Uk
Third, know what brackets you are putting that within:
Fourth, once you have figured that out, do as the instructions says right now:
Tada!
