Formatting articles for the library

Hi all - peter in particular

a few requests for library content submissions.

Titles
Please put the title of the text before the author, separating them with a space, a hyphen then a space. e.g.:
For a world without moral order - Gilles Dauve

Also unless they're proper book titles please only capitalise proper nouns.

Body text
please don't post stuff to the library if the text has lots of line breaks in it. For example this article
an extract:

Quote:
“Outside and Against the Unions” was written by the UK communist group Wildcat in 1992.
Much of the article is about the sabotage of the Miners strike in the UK in 1984-5 by the National
Union of Mineworkers and thus might seem irrelevant in Australia nearly twenty years later.

If you can see the extra line breaks try resizing the window to see.

You can easily get rid of excess line breaks by using this online formatter:
http://www.fwointl.com/FWOFormatter.html

set Maximum Line Length to 99999. (works best in internet explorer IIRC)

or else please do so manually by deleting the excess breaks in notepad/word/etc.

cheers!

hi John

No worries. Sorry about doing it the wrong way.

I've just about finished uploading the Treason pamphlets. Only a few more odds and sods that I'll have to decide whether or not they're worthwhile.

cheers
Pete
