In this talk Keith will outline the history of the Communist Party of Great Britain, its origins (ultimately in the Social Democratic Federation, our 'Daddy') and its development until its timely demise in 1991. Included will be a brief survey of British anti-revisionism ('Maoism') and other groups closely allied to the Communist Party.
A handout will be provided in the form of a time line and the talk illustrated with items from the Party's collections.
